Charge compatible phones, tablets and other USB-C devices at up to 30W when using either port individually. When both ports are used together, they share a 5V/1.5A output.
Track accumulated energy consumption, real-time current and real-time voltage separately for each mains socket through a compatible Zigbee platform. Energy monitoring does not include the USB-C ports.
Set schedules and countdown timers so the socket switches connected devices on or off automatically at the times that suit your daily routine — from mornings and evenings to bedtime.
Yes. A compatible Zigbee 3.0 gateway is required for app control, energy monitoring, scenes, automations and supported voice-control functions. The two mains sockets can still be operated manually using the switches on the socket.
The socket connects through a compatible Zigbee 3.0 gateway. Supported platforms include Home Assistant, Homey, SmartThings, Hubitat and Philips Hue. Alexa and Google Home voice control are available through a compatible connected platform.
Yes. The socket provides independent energy monitoring for each mains socket, including accumulated energy consumption, real-time current and real-time voltage. Energy data is accessed through the connected app and may not be available if the Zigbee gateway does not support energy reporting. Electricity used through the USB-C ports is not included.
Each mains outlet supports a maximum load of 13A. The maximum combined load across both outlets is 16A and must not be exceeded.
The socket must not be used with electrical loads that exceed its stated rating.
When one USB-C port is used, it supports compatible charging voltages of 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V and 20V, with output up to 30W.
When both USB-C ports are used simultaneously, they provide a shared 5V output with a maximum current of 1.5A. Actual charging speed depends on the connected device, charging protocol and cable.
No separate plug-in charging adaptor is required. Compatible devices can be connected directly to the integrated USB-C port using a suitable charging cable.
A USB-C charging cable is not built into the socket and must be supplied separately.
Yes. The socket is designed to fit a standard UK 25 mm back box.
Yes. Each mains socket has its own physical switch, allowing the two sockets to be operated separately at the wall. App-based controls may vary depending on the connected Zigbee gateway.
Yes. The socket supports Over-the-Air firmware updates. These updates may be used to resolve potential software issues or introduce supported new features.
