Repenic Zigbee smart sockets combine familiar UK wall outlets with remote control, schedules, automations and energy monitoring. Connected appliances can still be controlled directly at the socket, while a compatible Zigbee platform adds control through an app or wider smart home routines.

Each socket includes two independently controlled 13A outlets and integrated USB-C charging, providing a practical replacement for a conventional double wall socket.

Independent Control of Each Socket

The two mains outlets can be controlled separately, allowing connected appliances to remain independent even when they share the same faceplate.

• Manual control allows each outlet to be switched directly at the socket.
• App control allows connected appliances to be switched on or off through a compatible Zigbee platform.
• Voice control is available through Alexa or Google Assistant when supported by the connected Zigbee platform.
• Independent outlets allow separate control and automation of the appliances connected to the left and right sockets.

Schedules, Timers and Automations

Set schedules and timers to switch connected appliances on or off at selected times. The socket can also be included in wider smart home automations, such as morning, evening, away or bedtime routines.

Lamps, fans, coffee machines and other suitable plug-in appliances can be automated without replacing the appliance itself. Always confirm that the connected equipment is suitable for switched power control and remains within the socket’s electrical rating.

Energy Monitoring for Both Outlets

Built-in energy monitoring provides consumption information for the two mains outlets through a compatible Zigbee platform. This makes it easier to understand how much power connected appliances are using and identify equipment that may be consuming energy unnecessarily.

The mains outlets are monitored independently, so consumption can be viewed separately for appliances connected to the left and right sockets. Available readings, history and energy-based automations depend on the Zigbee platform being used.

Integrated USB-C Charging

Integrated USB-C ports provide convenient charging without occupying either of the two mains outlets.

• Single-port charging supports up to 30W when one compatible USB-C port is being used.
• Dual-port charging shares a 5V 1.5A output when both USB-C ports are used at the same time.
• Separate from energy monitoring means USB-C charging consumption is not included in the energy data reported for the two mains outlets.

Built for Compatible Zigbee Platforms

The socket uses Zigbee 3.0 and requires a compatible Zigbee platform for app control, voice control, schedules, automations and energy monitoring. It does not connect directly to a standard Wi-Fi router.

Available functions and setup methods can vary between Zigbee platforms. Check platform compatibility before ordering, particularly if independent outlet control or detailed energy data is required.

What to Check Before Ordering

This is a UK 13A double smart socket intended for fixed installation. Confirm the available wall box, wiring arrangement and installation space before ordering. The total connected load must remain within the stated electrical rating.

Some appliances should not automatically restart when power is restored. Check the appliance manufacturer’s instructions before using schedules, remote switching or unattended automations.
