Order Dispatch & Delivery

Monday – Friday: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Weekends & Bank Holidays: Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed and handed to our couriers on the following Monday (or the next working day).

Tracking Your Order: Once your package has left our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
UK & International Shipping

UK Mainland: Deliveries typically take 1–2 working days via our premium next-day service.

International Delivery: We utilise express tracked services, including UPS, FedEx, and DPD, to ensure your order reaches you safely and quickly.

Customs & Potential Delays: Please be aware that international delivery times are estimates and may be subject to customs clearance. While we cannot be held liable for delays caused by local customs authorities or factors beyond our control, we are always here to help if you encounter any issues.

Orders over £150: Free Standard Delivery.

Orders under £150: A flat rate of £6.50 applies to all UK deliveries.
Receiving Your Order

Proof of Delivery: A signature may be required upon receipt. In many cases, our couriers will provide a photo as proof of delivery to confirm your package has been successfully dropped off at your address.
Inspection & Faulty Goods

14-Day Inspection Window: We kindly ask that you inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Any issues (excluding manufacturing faults) should be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty or Defective Items: If a product is found to be faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law. In these instances, we will cover all return or collection costs to ensure you are not out of pocket.
