The Zigbee Smart Dimmer connects through a compatible Zigbee 3.0 gateway. It works with Home Assistant through Zigbee2MQTT, as well as Homey, Hubitat, SmartThings and Philips Hue Bridge. Voice control is available through Amazon Alexa and Google Home when connected via a compatible gateway.
A Zigbee hub is not required for normal control at the wall. The rotary control will still switch and dim the lights manually. A compatible Zigbee 3.0 gateway is required for app control, schedules, scenes, automations and voice control.
No – Repenic are designed for UK homes and work without a neutral wire. This means they can be installed as a direct replacement for your existing wall switch in older properties as well as modern homes.
The dimmer supports compatible dimmable LED, halogen and incandescent lamps. For a single dimmer, LED loads are rated at 5–250W for resistive or capacitive loads and 5–100W for resistive or inductive loads. Halogen and incandescent loads are rated at 5–250W. Lower maximum loads apply to multi-gang installations.
Yes – both options are supported. Trailing edge (default) is recommended for most LEDs, while leading edge may be better for some halogens or older LED bulbs.
Yes. The minimum and maximum brightness levels can be adjusted to suit the connected lighting and help reduce flickering, sudden cut-off or an unusable section of the dimming range.
In one circuit, there can only be one smart dimmer, and it can not be wired to a 2-way switch or intermediate switches. If you want to control it with a 2-way or 3-way method, please use our multi-way dimmers.
There is no limit on the number of lights controlled by the dimmer. As long as the total wattage of all lights controlled by this dimmer adds up to less than 250W. Due to certain errors in the nominal wattage of lights, we recommend that the total wattage of the lights be preferably below 230W.
Yes. Manual on/off and dimming control at the wall will continue to work. Local Zigbee control and automations may also remain available, depending on the gateway. Remote app access, voice control and cloud-based automations may be unavailable until the internet connection is restored.

I recently picked up the Repenic Dual Zigbee Dimmer Switch and have been really impressed with it, to the point that I felt I should post back here with my review
Installation was straightforward, pairing with Home Assistant was quick, and configuration through Zigbee2MQTT was painless.
I’ve now got it integrated into multiple Home Assistant automations and it’s been completely reliable so far. Dimming is smooth, response times are fast, and it behaves exactly as you’d expect.

This dimmer switch is ideal for controlling dimmable "led" and tungsten or tungsten/halogen lighting. It can be used for one-way switching, or for two-way switching wherein the dimmer switch is used at one location and a second conventional (non-dimmable) two-way switch is used at the second location. When installed in a lighting circuit, the switch can be programmed for trailing edge or leading edge modes of operation. It can also be programmed for minimum and maximum brightness. In my opinion, its a very versatile and useful dimmer switch.

Has been working faultlessly for months now, so it seems pretty durable. I have it integrated into home assistant, so that I can control it using automations from within HASS. But it also works very well as a normal standalone switch, with messing up the automations.
I did need to get my electrician to install a deeper back box, as mine was an older, shallower type originally and this switch is only compatible with deeper back boxes(25mm). So keep that in mind.
Excellent dimmer switch. I changed out some old halogen R7s bulbs from a couple of uplighters... the original dimmer switches would not turn the LED bulbs off completely (very dull glow at off position) and flickered at full brightness. This dimmer switch does exactly what it promises - smooth operation, no buzzing and no flicker.
I have to say, your Zigbee dimmer works superbly with Homey Pro. It was challenging finding a dimmer that is smooth in manual operation but also works seamlessly with Homey. I had ordered a few samples EcoDim etc but yours performed the best. A really nice product.

The quality of the smart dimmer switch is excellent and looks great. Super speedy delivery, was easy to fit, and works perfectly in my Home Assistant-based smart home. Solid brushed plates with a flawless finish and delightful, good-quality feel.
I like that they are pretty much a like-for-like replacement of typical non-smart dimmer switches, both in how they’re wired and in how much space they take in the back box. On top of that, they just work reliably.
