Frequently Asked Questions

What should the depth of the installation box be?

It should be at least 25mm.

Does it support 2-way or 3-way control?

In one circuit, there can only be one smart dimmer, and it can not be wired to a 2-way switch or intermediate switches. If you want to control it with a 2-way or 3-way method, please use our multi-way dimmers.

Do I need to regularly maintain my brass faceplate?

No need. Our brass plates have a protective coating on the surface that effectively prevents oxidation and fading, so almost no special daily care is required.

How many lights can I connect to a dimmer?

There is no limit on the number of lights controlled by the dimmer. As long as the total wattage of all lights controlled by this dimmer adds up to less than 250W. Due to certain errors in the nominal wattage of lights, we recommend that the total wattage of the lights be preferably below 230W.

Can it be installed in a bathroom?

Yes, but only if it meets the required safety standards and is placed in the right zone.
